Default scent gland issue dwarf

Alfies tummy is all greasy,
his fur is all like.. in little peaks from where it's been wet and dried.
His scent gland looks kinda yellow, is there any way I can clean this and it'll be ok? or does he need a vet visit?
>.<
Hope somebody replies soon, hope he's ok >.<

I think that sounds normal Katie, you can wipe it with some cooled down boiled water and a cotton wool ball, as long as it doesnt look infected of sore it should be fine
