You can get a spray, but I've never used it so can't tell you.

You can get the spot on from P@H (here) and you just have to put a drop or two (instructions on the back will tell you how much, by weight etc) between their shoulders and then brush it back, avoiding the head.

I have 12 rats, so I have this one as it works out much better value for money since I have so many to treat.

There will be details on the pack mango but normally you part the fur behind the neck and spray once then do the same on the tummy. 2 for syrians and only one spray for dwarfs.
I know that one breeder checked her bag of wood shavings and it was literally crawling with these. If they can be seen they are not the mites that hammies carry all the time (these are virtually invisible to the naked eye) and cause no problems but are the other type which can be transmitted to dogs, cats, any furry and even bite humans on occasion.
Some shops stock the treatments under the bird section and the Johnsons one is more effective at the moment as some mites have become resistant to ivermectin.
The larvae do not live on the actual hamster but in the bedding and in the carpets / floorboards and then they jump on to an animal to feed before they lay eggs so it is essential to spray areas near the cages and the actual cages when you clean out with the house and cage spray to get rid of them. You need to repeat this as the eggs hatch out.
If the vet has treated Mango I would not spray him as well but do the others.
Maybe best to consult the vet about keeping them away.
