Could be a urine infection, especially if there are no cuts on her. You will need a vet for treatment. Hope Jerry is okay.

Is she in with another hamster at all? It is more likely to be a cut or bite if she is. It can also be a discharge from a bladder or womb infection and this needs treatment so if you cannot find any cuts and the discharge continues see the vet. Also check the water bottle is working OK as dehydration can cause hard poo and it can scratch the anus causing a bleed.
Hope she is OK

Bleeding was on and off with peggy, worse on some days than others.
I'd definitley get it checked, it sound like a urine infection!
peggy acted no different, running on her wheel and being a loon still

If it is an infection, unfortunately they become more likely to get them once they've had it once. But usually it is easily treated with a course of baytril.
Hope the little one is ok x
