Default bald pat6ch/possible lump

so i was away this weekend, before i went i checked on all my pets and they where then left in the care of my mum. She didn't do much really just made sure there where no broken water bottles/empty food bowls [there are 7 rodents living with me so not a small job lol]

When i left everyone was fine, when i came back i noticed my little robo hamster Joey has some kind of bald patch/ lump. He is way to fast for me to get a closer look at it, its on his left hip between his leg and belly and is noticeable. I'm not really sure what to do/ what it is, and there is no close vets for me to get too till next week at the soonest >.< He seems fine, eating and drinking and running about as normal so its not bothering him, just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas on what it is? I'm thinking the worst :/

Default Re: bald pat6ch/possible lump

that is so werid, my little robo Hugo has just developed a bald patch on his back, shoulder area. Not sure if there is a lump there but it looks reddy pink but that might just be his skin colour. Hes acting normal and doesn't seem to notice ... hes had it about 4 days now.

edit: just checked on Hugo again tonight and his bald patch seems to be spreading down his back as well a little. he is looking generally quite scruffy. he has always had a bit of a patch but as he is getting older it seems to be getting bigger. he is ridiculously friendly and calm in my hands now and I'm not sure if it is because we've built up a bond or that he isn't quite right. he runs like a loon in his cage and is eating and drinking fine ... he eats loads! If you find out whats wrong with your robo i'd love to know as I haven't a clue.
