Re: Wounds?!
I'm so sorry to hear this
Just try and make Cookie as comfortable as you can, she'll appreciate the extra care and love now.
I'm sending my best wishes to you both xx

Re: Wounds?!
I am sorry to hear this Jay, you could try giving Cookie some soft foods such as porridge made with kitten milk, or water, baby food from a jar (with no onion, garlic, or spices) natural live yoghurt, a little cooked chicken, cooked pasta, or rice. He might find it easier to eat softer foods. Just spoil him, and enjoy the time that you have together.
I am thinking of you both x x

Re: Wounds?!
Really sorry to hear this Jay - its very sad news and so difficult to say goodbye. I'm sure Cookie knows and appreciates how much you've worked to try to get him better and how much he's loved. fluffymunchkins' and hope's suggestions sound like good advice. Likewise, I'm thinking of you both xx

Re: Wounds?!
Poor Cookie, you have done your very best for him; like the others said, try to give him some foods that are easy to eat, and keep him cosy. I hope his passing is gentle, tell him you love him, and if you can, that it's OK for him to go to the bridge when he needs to. Thinking of you both x
