Flashing light from fire detector

Hi hamster lovers.
I have a fire detector in my bedroom that flashes a faint red light. I even covered the light with a plaster, as I was worried it might disturb my Miss Marble when she was still with us.
I'm getting ready to adopt a new hamster now and I'm wondering - does the flashing light from the fire detector disturb them? Any ideas?

From my limited understanding, red light is invisible to many animals, including hamsters. It's why it's generally used as 'night vision' light in labs and in places where animals need to not be disturbed by normal lights.
Regardless, a faint red light shouldn't cause issues. Even if the hamster is aware of it, likely s/he will get used to it quickly.

Thank you so much for your reassuring reply.
I've moved my furniture around the bedroom to make better use of the space as we're putting up the new Bucastate 3.0 120 cm up today, for the new hamster I hope to adopt. And I can see the light from the detector is very faint which is good, and further away from the new enclosure placement in the bedroom.

I'm just very keen to hear back from the hamster rescuers now.
