Wink Schedule Change

My hamster Kodie’s schedule has shifted since I got him about a month and an half ago. He’s been coming out of his hide where he sleeps much later than usual. He used to come out around 9-10m but since about last week he’s been coming out much later, even early morning when I’m asleep. His activities have stayed the same, he stashes the food in his dish and is drinking the same amount of water, sometimes I wake up and hear him on his wheel, and I can see that he’s dug in the coco fiber and eaten some seeds off his favorite spray. Now that I’m on summer break, I might be awake when Kodie is but I can’t figure out why Kodie’s schedule has shifted. Any ideas why this may have happened? should I be concerned? Could this be normal or do with him adjusting to his environment or something of the like?

Default Re: Schedule Change

It could be the summer weather. My hamster only came out once a day, but this week with the weather being warmer etc she has been out 2 and 3 times from the burrows. Also under normal circumstances she gets up an hour later each day for some weird reason, so her schedule was never set. I think I read somewhere, that hamsters can change their schedules sometimes for no reason. If your hamster is eating and seems normal, then I don't think there is too much too it. Btw am based in the UK, hence why am referring to the weather (it's been a warmer week for us).
