Some help! First time hamster parent

I just got a hamster for my stepson about 2 weeks ago. She has been perfectly healthy and has had the right amount of energy and exercise I guess you could say. The past 2 days she’s been sleeping non stop to where she isn’t even getting up to eat or drink water. I also noticed one of her eyes are crusted shut to where she can’t open it and the other looks like it’s getting swollen. What do I do?!!!? Do I take her to the emergency vet???
