Default Introducing Mayhem

My friend runs a pet rescue. As in, he takes in animals and finds them new homes in the local area. But sometimes he gets in over his head and needs help. Which is where I came in. At his request, I took on my first foster. A little black and white Russian female who just narrowly escaped being snake food.

The plan was for her to stay with me for a few weeks until a new home could be found for her. During that time, I was going to socialize and train her a bit for when she went to a new family. That plan tanked for two reasons: 1) no one's shown any interest after a month and 2) like an idiot I got attached and decided to keep her myself.

Now I have my sixth and definitely last little furball. Who has been going by the apt moniker of Mayhem, as she never seems to be able to keep out of trouble. I don't have any decent pictures yet but I gotta say she's becoming one of my more active hamsters.
