Re: Introducing Orko
Thanks - do you have a link for it? My original one was from Rodipet but they don't do it any more.

Re: Introducing Orko
Thanks! Yes I think I've seen it before now - it's quite small though - only really for dwarf hamsters possibly.

I thought you were thinking of it for Pip. Yes it is only suitable for a dwarf hamster.

Re: Introducing Orko
I am sure Pip would love it but he has plenty of hides No room for any more. Neither of them need it really! But I did like my old one. The flat top is great for them to sit on.

I agree. It is lovely and flat and easy to jump on and off too.

Orko is fast but this clip I have is even faster! I cannot believe how quickly he zoomed across the cage.

Re: Introducing Orko
Had to watch this twice. The first time was like 'what? where?' Funny thing is that we worry about something being too high or too low or in the wrong place but truth is that there is no such thing as an obstacle for a Robo.

When I watched this my mouth dropped open in shock. I thought something scared him but it seems he just wanted to run. You are right. I worry about him not being able to get over or past things but despite his tiny legs, he can.

Re: Introducing Orko
He he. It's great watching robos isn't it?! He was super fast! They can negotiate just about anything at ground level when they're young and fit I reckon. It's heights that are an issue - eg if they can climb up onto high levels and fall they can get injured but you wouldn't have that problem in his cage. It's more tall barred cages that are the issue.
