I would maybe leave it another week

If it's not smelly. When they get older they sometimes chuck smelly bedding out themselves and do a bit of their own housekeeping.
Then perhaps wear a rubber glove. I used to do that when spot cleaning pee out of a nest because the rubber glove didn't smell of me

when I did it with my hand, my hand became an enemy for a while. Also keeps your hand clean ha ha.
I'd also not be too thorough. Maybe just take a handful of damp bedding but don't try and remove every bit of it. Leave some for another time, so she gets used to it not being a major excavation each time. Hopefully her hoard will not be in the same place and that can be left.
