Re: Let the games begin!
So, he broke the 10 mile barrier!

10.25 miles to be exact.
He was active from 10:30pm until 5:00am this morning. So, 6.5 hours equates to 1.57 miles run per hour.
Going for the gold, here.

Re: Let the games begin!
Honestly I find this so amazing and interesting! He must love the wheel you have customized for him, since he is so active

Not sure what's in that Higgins Vita Garden...
but, I think I'll start eating a bowl for breakfast and see what it does for me

Re: Let the games begin!
This has got to stop. He's going to wear himself out, no?

This is 12.77 miles!
I watched him this morning from the time I got to my kitchen table to have coffee... 5:00am... until he went down his pipe at around 6:40am. He almost never stopped running on his wheel.
I clocked him going at least 1 revolution per second or 1800 feet per minute. His speed was very consistent only coming to a brief pause for a moment then starting back up again.
When I rescued him from the pet store a few weeks ago he was running on the wheel, there.

Re: Let the games begin!
He must have a lot of energy. I wonder if he would enjoy time in a play pen? I realise this is tricky if he is only awake when you are asleep.

Well, unless the play pen has a wheel I tend to doubt it.
