Welcome the newcomer!
Went out today to pets at home to pick up some more enrichment for my little guy - came across their new adoption section and saw only three animals, two very unique and lovely coloured guinea pigs and one very lonely little Russian dwarf.
I kept going back to look at him and couldn't resist seeing his little face poke out and looking at me - so I quickly headed up to the counter and snatched him up.
Not entirely sure if he's more of a campbell or winter white (since I know most dwarf hammies from P@H are hybrid), he has a bit of grey but also a bit of white.
Not entirely sure what to call him - if you have any suggestions do fire ahead! Can't promise one of them will be picked if one comes to mind but do need quite a bit of help!
My Syrian is called Remy - so perhaps a name starting with a different letter!

Re: Welcome the newcomer!
Aw, hes adorable. I love his coat (but then I am biased, view left ).
How about Martin as a name (Remy Martin, like the cognac)?

Re: Welcome the newcomer!
Thank you all!
After considering all day.... I've came up with a name!
I was going to call him Emile after the other rat from Ratatouille to fit with Remy but he really doesn't look like an Emile (and personally, I'm not really a huge fan of that name either...).
After looking at his picture that I took earlier before transferring him to his cage, I have decided to call him Oreo as he seems to really represent the colours of an oreo, not so much black but has that greyish/brownish tint to an oreo and the white as the filling!
Thank you for the name 'Martin' as well Shane! But will keep that in mind for any future hamsters I adopt or go on to own after one of these little guys sadly pass. I like the name Oscar too - but didn't really fit this little guy either.
