Rodipet returns

Heyo, anyone here have any experience returning a item to rodipet? Specifically the german site not the uk one.
Just wondering if it has to be done through dhl or if any post is fine.

It should tell you on your receipt how to return it.

I think I had to once. I would email them and let them know you’re returning an item. Is there a problem with it or just not liked? Because I found them good with refunding when an item was damaged. But you need to email them for that. As for how to post it I think any postal service would do to Germany - royal
Mail do tracked international shipping and it was quite reasonable when I used it.

Thanks! Actually did a double check of the return slip and it does say. Should of checked it better the first time

Bought the syrian hamster food and realized later that they had the teddy hamster food witch I would of preferred better. Actually thinking I'll just keep it since returning something so small just seems like a waste to me and I would have to buy some other food anyway waiting for the new one.

Some of the Rodipet mixes are almost identical like the dwarf hybrid junior and senior mixes for example.
As far as i know, a Teddy hamster is a long haired Syrian so can't really see what difference the length of their fur makes. I'd keep the food you've got.

The teddy hamster mix has a decent protein level on its own while the regular "Syrian" one from what I remember is fairly low in protein. I know the senior mixes in general also have much lower protein, but I think the hybrid and dwarf junior mixes would be the most similar in general.

As far as the regular Syrian mix goes though, that will need to be boosted with freeze dried chicken or boiled egg for example for extra protein.

The Rodipet website lists the ingredients of each of their hamster mixes so its easy to check up on the protein levels.
