Hi there, as you may know I recently brought 2 dwarf hamsters sugar and spice. This week I have noticed that spice has turned white but sugar has not. Is this normal?
If they’re Russian hybrids then yes it is normal for them to change colour although it usually happens over a period of time, not a sudden change.

my newest girl (in my profile pic) surprised me and ended up with a white topcoat and face overnight so i guess sometimes it can happen rather quickly. she’s almost all white in a matter of two or so weeks!
