Looks like a Syrian to me.
Petsmart and Petco often refer to Syrian hamsters as Short Hair Hamster, Long Hair Hamster, or sometimes Teddy Bear Hamsters.

I would also say Syrian. Like Mikatelyn said pet shops usually advertise Syrians as many different names

He looks like a very young baby Syrian . Adorable. He may be a bit scared at first until he’s settled as they can be when they’re just babies. The interesting bit is the teenage stage ha ha. Around 4 to 6 months old.

Hamsters do not have breeds like dogs, rather they are different species. And this little one is in fact a Syrian Hamster. Shorthaired- color is hard to determine due to lighting but I am thinking cinnamon.
