Thank you ilguy. Yes, it was similar to you and Pearl. We do all we can to save them but sometimes all we are left with are happy memories.

Re: Foster hamsters
Robo Finley wants to dig around his wheel. I've tried sand and substrate but he jams up the wheel so i've put the wheel straight onto the cardboard. Not a happy Robo when he saw what i had done.
I have a 7in wheel with a solid stand but it is a bit too small for a big Robo like Finley. I've ordered him a height adjustable MouseBro wheel with a solid stand which should arrive today. See how he gets on with that.
I really wished someone with a nice big enclosure would adopt him but it can take a long time for the right person to enquire. In the meantime i have to think of something to improve his life.....

Re: Foster hamsters
I am interested to hear how Finley and you like the new wheel. Hopefully Finlay will find the perfect home soon.
I too have found it tricky to choose the best place for the wheel. Robos really like to dig around their wheel.

Re: Foster hamsters
Robo Lola who has been adopted into a lovely large enclosure has this MouseBro wheel and loves it.
Shy Finley isn't that shy in expressing himself when he's not happy about something....

That is good to hear. I saw mainly bad reviews on Amazon about the mousebro wheel so I was not sure about it.
Lol. It is great Finlay feels secure enough to express himself with you.

I don't read reviews because i doubt that they are all genuine. If it's no good or pink i'll send it back.

Lol you really hate pink. I actually saw a review from a person who really wanted a purple wheel and sent the wheel back three times as it was pink.

Three times pink?!! Nightmare.
I ordered the green one but would also keep a blue or purple one. Pink or peach would not be acceptable.
