Re: Foster hamsters
Took in this little boy today who was no longer wanted by his family. He's a year old and was called Jim so i kept the name.

Re: Foster hamsters
Young Robo Alun moved into the foster tank today.
Someone bought a 'same sex' pair who had babies so daddy hamster had to move out.
Alun looks a bit weathered, scruffy behind the ears and seems quite nervous.
He has a big sand bath which will hopefully sort him out.

Re: Foster hamsters
Just had Jim out in the playground for the first time. He checked out everything, sniffing and nibbling, he run through the tubes and on the wheel. When i put him back he went straight to his sand jar for a good rollaround. He's snoozing in the jar now looking like a door stop, all squat and square and very content.
I love watching the foster hamsters exploring all the things they didn't have before.
