Re: Foster hamsters
Aww so pleased Tony has found his forever home and thank goodness you rescued Joe. He is a lucky boy indeed that you found him. I can never understand how people can be mean to any animal and not give them the home they need. Ii hope he comes on in leaps and bounds in your care and finds a home deserving of him x

Re: Foster hamsters
Poor Joe looks like he's been in a war. First thing he did when he got up was to check that his wheel's still there. He feels incredibly light but my scales must be wrong. There was no food in his filthy tiny cage but he's making up for it now. When i placed a little bit of fresh food in his cage he literally run across the cage to eat it.

Oh yes, this little hamster is on his way to a good life, no matter how long it takes to find it for him.
His rescue, care and future is yet another collaboration of likeminded people.
One person saw the ad, i collected and care for him and another who has very high hamster care standards is in charge of rehoming him to a suitable forever home.

Re: Foster hamsters
Paloma lived in a Spelos on a kitchen work top in a busy household with babies and dogs so there was no time left for her. The family wanted her to move out so she did.

Re: Foster hamsters
Goodness me how so very sad. Poor Joe ... Paloma looks rather wonderful. Whoever adopts them will be so fortunate.
It must be so heart breaking and rewarding rescuing all these sweeties.

Re: Foster hamsters
Joe is like a little kid. Hyperactive when awake and into everything and then suddenly falls asleep midplay.
