Hamster Pompidou Centre
Ever since my Russian Dwarf Monty passed away, we've had her cage sitting empty in the corner of the spare room where our hamsters stay.
While their cages are not small, I felt that Baldrick and Norman could benefit from a bit of extra space. Monty had two Ferplast Kora Gabbia cages joined by tubes so Ive added one of these cages to both Baldrick and Norman's Ferplast Favola cages, giving them LOTS of space now.
We have to give Nanuk medication daily so his cage has been moved to the lower position where it is easier to reach.
The overall look reminds me of the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris!

Thanks Ithuviel. Baldrick has the cage on the left and the one with the blue base in the middle joined by tubes, Norman has the cage on the right and the one with the grey base in the middle also joined by tubes. Nanuk has the double-layer cage at the bottom.
I wish I could have more hamsters! The most I've had at a time was four and I honestly felt that it was difficult to give them each the attention and interaction that they needed.

I know what you mean by the attention but i live in a country where hamster care is close to horrible. Everyday someone posts in a craigslist type of add about giving away their hamster and the hamster live in one of those shoe box enclosures, and if you are lucky its just one hamster....but sadly most of the times there are 2 hamsters (probably fighting) or multiple hamsters because they bred.
Actually if i had a spare room i would start a hamster rescue.....
