I'm sure it could be estimated mathematically with the time run, size of the wheel as in one rotation=20cm for example. Estimated because hamsters run at different speeds so the amount of rotations per mintute will vary.
You could get a night vision camera to record when you are asleep which may give you a breakdown of the minutes anyway.
