Does he look ill? He's running around and currently dining in his toadstool.

As weird as it may seem that's what happened with Niko. I had 2 weeks of skittish fearful mess then it's like everything happened all of a sudden. Now you know how tame my Niko is, I've often questioned whether he's got something mentally wrong with him because of how tame he is for a roborovski, loves being handled and can be handled by literally everyone. Complete opposite of stereotypical robos. Scientists render them untamable I just think they're misunderstood. I don't think there's anything wrong with wee Gordon, I think he's realised that the big scary human isn't as scary after all

Re: Henry and Gordon
Henry was a right old drama queen the other day when i cleaned his cage which was starting to whiff a bit.
He normally just sits in his coconut in a box and waits for me to finish. This time he climbed on top of his coconut and kept jumping onto the top edge of the box. I didn't even know that he could jump let alone could be bothered to make the effort. He's a lovely but quite lazy hamster. I quickly got the house corner ready plus a new hoard to replace the old, poops laced one and what was usable of the old nest. Every time i added another of his things he came over sniffing to inspect, ending in a very thourough, final sniffing inspection once all was back together again.
Must be a winter thing that he reacted so differently this time, bigger hoard, bigger nest etc.

Such a beautiful thread Ria of Henry & Gordon, they're so fluffy and gorgeous and look so cheeky.

Just had such a good laugh...on the Thomas the Tankengine theme, my winter white hybrid Nanuk could very well be named "The Fat Controller". He's quite rotund and has me wrapped around his little finger.
