Naming?
So in a couple of weeks I’m going to be getting a male russian dwarf hamster. I’m trying to think of a name that could suit a little black and white dude but I’m struggling. I’m thinking Oreo but it doesn’t sit right with me. I’m also thinking Bean, but that’s a nickname for another one of my hamsters. If anyone has any suggestions that would really cool. I’m looking for a name which is either a food
(I have a Syrian named Pringle) or sounds like a food (I have a Syrian called Nala which I call Nana, like banana) just so I can keep within this theme I have. Thanks!

Re: Naming?
Ria's haribo made me think of black jack or humbug (sweets)
or rather than oreo specifically how about cookie or biscuit (depending where you live!)

Humbug! That's a great name and starts with an H.
I know a black and white dog called Pepper after black and white pepper

Heres a weird one...Pandas are black and white...they don't just come from China but from Myanmar too - it also sounds like marmalaide...giggle! Myanmar has actually a nice sound to it when you say it.

I really like Othello and I have a link to food. When I was a kid I called the game sandwich because you make a sandwich with the pieces kinda. So I might go for that one, it sounds cool and I know I’d end up calling him sandwich anyway. Thanks!

I like Othello. That's a great name. The link from Othello to Sandwich is wild. Love it! 'Hello little sandwich, would you like some cheese?'

Re: Naming?
Definitely gonna go with Othello/Sandwich. The more I think about it the more I really like it! Can’t wait to get my little sandwich in a few days!
