Subreddit r/hamsters
I was wondering if anybody else used reddit and if they were familiar with the subreddit r/hamsters.
I noticed today someone had recently bought their syrian a new cage which is incredibly tall consisting of 3 shelves made of barred wire. The cage also looks pretty empty. I left some advice saying to change the shelves to something solid or at least cover them with something solid and that cardboard boxes make great hideouts but I was scared they might get offended and just ignore all my advice.

Re: Subreddit r/hamsters
I don't use reddit myself - I don't think I had seen it before.
You shouldn't feel scared about offering advice if it done in a polite manner, even if the person take offence don't let it make you feel bad about suggesting improvements in the future as some people are really receptive for suggesting improvements. From the other comment and their replies I don't think they will respond badly to your response - as it sounds like they are thinking about covering the shelves and adding a bigger wheel.
Its a shame that the cage is tall but the improvements you have suggest are very valid ones to be made.
