Please help! My hamster is missing and not coming back until now

Please help!
My hamster escaped after my neighbor’s cat pushed down my hamster’s table it was evening that time. The cat run away immediately after hearing the table fell. And my blue dwarf hamster escape and i felt she was scared and not coming back. It has been 1 day after it happened. My mom did the same thing ive searched like bucket trap and sprinkles of food every corner of the house. Im not able to do anything because i am not at home coz of my studies. Please help me give some advice! Thank you im a newbie here searching what to do

my hamster Sherbet has gone missing numerous times before but so far we have been lucky.
we also tried the technique of using food and is does sometimes work (probably because he is very greedy).
I normally just close all the doors of that room so he can't escape any further, and sit and wait until I hear any sound that it could possibly be.
they are usually just hiding for fun, not because they are scared.
hamsters are very inquisitive.they like o play hide and seek.
if you really get desperate you could try moving all your furniture out the room.
ou could also use a humane mouse trap so you can catch it without it being harmed.
sometimes you could leave its cage on the floor and with some luck, it may climb into it to sleep and eat.
