It depends on what you want or expect from your hamster.
Robos can sometimes (but not always) be difficult to tame & may remain more of a watch pet than one you can handle & interact with.
When you say Campbell I guess you mean a Russian hybrid? Both are more prone to diabetes & it can be hard to find any suitable food for dwarf hams in the US so that's something to consider.
Russian hybrids are much easier to tame than robos, usually enjoy interaction & handling so if this it to be your first ham would probably be a better choice.
