Re: Charlie's flower bed
Thank you for sharing that. It looks a special place. Charlie was our first hamster. I dug that bed in the snow! I haven't done memorials in the garden for our other two, who were cremated. I did separate memorial type things for them. Still deciding about the "urns".

Re: Charlie's flower bed
Aw, good to see Charlie’s memorial garden emerging again this Spring. It has always been a lovely spot for him.
Will you put Newt and Nugget’s ashes in little containers in the garden as well?
Vierville, that is a very special area indeed for your hammies.

I am not sure yet. They live on the window ledge at the moment x

Re: Charlie's flower bed
Thank you Cypher. I have an annual battle with ground elder weed - I have a feeling I may have "weeded" out something that wasn't a weed as well! If the cowslips don't appear next month then I have! I have some in the front though where it's much easier as there is no ground elder. It comes under the fence.

Re: Charlie's flower bed
Charlie's flowerbed on Christmas Eve in the snow. Just a bare shrub and a trailing rose at the moment, but his rainbow bridge door shows up well at the moment. He has just been joined in the garden by dear Moo who left us two days ago.

Re: Charlie's flower bed
It may be winter but the rainbow bridge door stands out remarkably well.
Glad to know Moo is nearby too.

Did you make the little rainbow bridge door? It's lovely.

Re: Charlie's flower bed
No I bought it - you choose what name to have on it. It was a pet memorial place online. I think they’re on eBay as well.
