Default Pets at home wood shavings

Hello all!!

Just wondering if these are safe to give to nutmeg given she is now in her old age, I will move to this from aspen because she has a mite issue. Just wanted to keep the cage clean.

Didn't you try fitch? If I remember you had a mite problem that was probably nothing to do with the fitch unless it wasn't stored well, I really think fitch would be your best option.

I would strongly suggest Fitch as it is super soft and warm for them. It is also dust free. It is excellent for making burrows for hamsters.

I tried fitch again for a second time and the same thing happened again, it got dirty all of a sudden and I had to do a cage clean 2 weeks before the cage clean was due sadly.

How are you storing it?
I've used fitch for a long time now with no problem so I'm struggling to understand what's happening tbh.
