Happy Birthday Ptolemy
King Ptolemy just turned 2!
I know it's been a while since I have posted about Ptolemy, but he has just been happily doing his own thing. As he has aged Ptolemy has become less impressed with human contact. He still comes running when his dish is being filled, but otherwise people are to be ignored.  Oh well, I love him anyway!
His tank was moved to the quiet side of the house as he doesn't like our chaos anymore. Since I don't see my boy near as often I have provided him with the noisiest wheel we have (8" comfort wheel), which is apparently his favorite. This allows me to monitor some of his activity since humans are no longer worthy enough to look upon him.  I also keep a super close eye on his water and food intake, as well as his stashes.
On occasion he will come out and be interested in interacting, like tonight! So yes, I took full advantage and snapped a few photos. Happy Birthday to my cranky, grumpy old man!
