Finally a good water bottle company!!! - Page 2

Well I got my shipment the other day. Two bottles work great, while 2 bottles leak. The company is saying to let the bottle sit for an hour, then when it's lukewarm then put the cap on. I shouldn't have to do that, I always have put in cool water with no problems. They don't want to admit that there may be defective water bottles just like every other company. I'll try their suggestions tonight and if they don't work I'm going to return them.

They even said that "we will be testing them after you return them". It's a seller on e-bay not wanting to do a proper return, I don't want to exchange them now. I'll only buy water bottles that I can test at the store. Unless I take my chances and maybe I'll get lucky and one of the bottle will work, if not both.

Disappointed as I thought they were the perfect company.

When I bought Paris my pregnant robo, I also bought a Lixit water bottle. The problem was that I only bought one bottle and it works so good. So I thought I would order more so I didn't have to drive back to the pet store in a different city, just over an hour away.

So the 4 Lixit bottles arrived from a seller on ebay and I was very disappointed in the quality of the bottles and am going to return them if I can.

I have to have back up bottles, so I drove back to that pet store in another city and tested about 10 bottles in a bucket of water they gave me. I found 6 out of the 10 that were very good so I purchased them for $1.99 ea, which is super cheap, they were all 4 oz bottles.

I did buy an 8 oz bottle in case ever needed since the bottle worked so well. And a little chew toy for Heaven. So today was another road trip back to that pet store. The city I live in has terrible bottles if any bottles in their store at all. So it was well worth the trip and peace of mind to have good back up bottles. I think that i'll give them all the new bottles after I clean them tonight. They will all have Lixit bottles now. I am sooo happy! (2 of them already have Lixit bottles already)
