Default Re: Hamster colours question.....

Pippin (Pip) is a traditional Golden Banded though she does have spotted ears (on the inside) which does just add an oddment to her cuteness

Default Re: Hamster colours question.....

Here in my state it varies quite a lot from one area to the next on popularity or disliking of solid Black Syrian Hamsters. In one area they sell very very well but in another just miles down the road they sell so slow. By just observations on sales of Hamsters in our 3 local pet stores which are about 15 miles apart from each other Black Hamsters sell much quicker if they also have any kind of pattern on them. At the family's personal friend's store Black hamsters take some time to sell unless all the other stores also have Black hamsters only to sell then they sell quicker. In their store the slowest to sell is Sable except if it is a sable roan.
