Default Litter/bedding?

A curious question regarding hamster litter for the base of a cage..........Treacle my nearly 1 year old syrian is currently on a type of litter named 'Back 2 Nature' and it is very hard to get hold of nowadays and the only place I can get it is 1 really expensive for a small bag and 2 the large bags take 4 weeks to be delivered. I know that Carefresh is a good litter and was wondering if there is any type of 'procedure' I need to do to change Treacle over onto it?
I would really appreciate some advice!

Many thanks
Caroline and Treacle xx

You can mix some carefresh and Back2Nature together if you want to, to gradually introduce her to the carefresh but you don't have to. You can switch her straight on to the new stuff and she'll adjust fine

I didn't like carefresh, i found it to be too dusty. it seems to be one of those love it or hate it products!

Thanks I reckon I might buy a small bag of carefresh and try mixing it in. Hopefully I like it as trying to get hold of Back 2 nature is impossable!

This site says it ships in 1-2 days so it may be worth contacting them?

I really dislike back 2 nature...when i've bought it i've found massive amounts of plastic in there and even things like staples. Bleurgh. I complained to the manufacturer and they said it was because they are having to buy lower grades of paper as the prices increase.

I'd vote for a switch to carefresh/megazorb etc :P
