It looks to me like Latte is female.
On females the gap between the two openings is smaller and there is no hair between the two openings whereas on males it's further apart and there is hair between the two.
This is one of my female chineseys for comparison. If you notice the gap between the two openings is quite small and there's no hair between them:
On a male the gap would be further apart and there would be hair between the two openings.
