Default Keeping hammies cool

Hi all! Does anyone have any tips for keeping hammies cool in this hot weather? We don't have AC, so it's getting quite warm in the flat. Hubble's house compartment where he has his nest has a marble top, so I'm hoping that helps. But I wondered if there were any other things I could do to make sure he's not getting too warm right now.

A mug in the fridge then placed in the cage. Ice cube in the water bottle. A larger bottle of water chilled and placed next to the cage base outside the cage near the nest.

[If you have a ceramic tile you can pop that in the fridge or freezer and pop that under your hammies house.
Also giving them cool foods such as cucumber, strawberry, blue berry etc anything that is kept in the fridge that will help hydrate and cool the core from the inside

The marble should stay cool & help other than that a mug in the fridge for a few hours then put that in the cage, if it's really hot keeping windows & curtains closed & a fan on is a good idea but not directed at the cage.

Mine have little ceramic flower pots - if it's really hot they go in the fridge and the hams can sleep in there too. I also bought ice stones from Menkind - they're little cubes of rock that are designed to be frozen for drinks but are so good for hams too!
