I have to say I agree with Nancy. Contact them as they may have sent the wrong order mad somebody who's paid for two didn't get there's. But as it's there error, they are liable to pay costs if they want one of them returned. Quite often in these situations they just tell you to keep up anyway though as the cost of postage is so high.

I agree Velma - I'd be pretty mad if I'd paid for two cages and received one - or paid for one and not got any!

Spoken to customer service and he thanked me for calling them up, was told it was likely a mistake but it'd be more trouble to pick up the cage from me so I could keep ahold of it

So glad I rang, feel like I've done the right thing and got a free cage lol.

I'd be the same if I ordered 2 and only got 1. Xxx

You were justly rewarded for your honesty and Now you can either keep the extra cage or sell it which ever you choose.

Surprised Amazon let you have it, usually they only do that with food items that are no good. Once I ordered Organic vitamins of some kind but the jars didn't have seals on them so they just refunded me the money and I threw out the bottles. Amazon makes lots of mistakes. Glad you did the right thing. Here in the US they would have sent a UPS guy to pick up the cage since it wasn't a food item. So you got lucky somehow:/

Sounds good! You could connect them somehow and make one big cage or just get an extra furball ... Not that we're all encouraging you or anything!

Haha gonna have to work on mum to get another, she's only just adjusting to Flynn and he was a part rescue lol. I would love another though

I live in the Isle of Man cinnamon so would cost them 2 couriers to pick it up and it's massive. If I was on the mainland it might have been a different story lol. xx

Maybe she would be more inclined to go to your rescue and adopt a hammie in need? A full rescue

We don't have one for small animals, we have the MSPCA but the small animal section only ever has rabbits and I'm not allowed one of those lol.

She's not as big an animal nut as I am. She already calls the house a zoo :/ but I'll work on her. Will keep it in its bag for now and if one crops up somewhere that needs rescuing I'll try and get

You could use one as a play cage whilst you are cleaning the other? Or keep it as a spare in case of chewing or whatever?
