Hi Folks,

I am having a crisis of conscience, My current Avatar is a pic of my beloved Forrest at his cheeky best.
Now I have Pip since Forrest was PTS I don't know whether to swap out the avatar of Forrest for a new one of Pip.
Though this does feel like am despoiling Forrest's memory which is wrong, oh I am in such a quandary.........

You could combine a photo of Forrest with on of Pip (side by side).

You could have a banner or whatever it's called with both of them like others (it goes at the bottom of each post.

I think it's nice to have an avatar that is a kind of memorial to a past ham, mine was my little Ziggy for a long time but when I lost Zephyr I changed it to a photo of her, I think our current hams get seen often enough in their own threads so it's nice to have a bit of both, it's a personal choice when it comes down to it though.

How do you do an Avatar? I can't see how to!

Click on the user CP link at the top left of the page, scroll down to edit your avatar then upload the photo there, you will need to make your photo the right size before you upload but it tells you the max size there at the link.
