No worries! I love my little one very much and I'm so glad I found this forum where there are others like you who only want the best for these sweet little animals! I should've explained myself better when initially posting the link. I hope that my subsequent responses are clear in that I don't think you should take a hamster outside in situations like those in the article.

I think things are clear now, and it clear you love your hamster and wouldn't want to do anything which causes stress or harm.

I think are initial responses show that the bucket list in which involve taking a hamster outside especially when ill is not advised as this would cause stress, this also lets other know that that isn't best for a hamster. But I now know this is something you wouldn't do yourself. Also as you mentioned all our response were from people who love hamsters and want the best for them so I think this is where some misconceptions came from.

As well as your idea for your hamsters bucket list is more ideal and suitable to a hamster than the one in the link. I can't wait to hear how your hamster bucket list comes along and to be updated on your hamster progress in achieving it!

It's a shame the people with the hammy didn't know more about hamsters. Then they would have done something different for their bucket list.

It's not a term I had heard of before but I get it now - kick the bucket! It did upset me a bit to think of a sick hammy being taken all over the place outside.

Serendipity, the bucket list was a popular movie with Morgan Freedman & Jack Nicholson about 2 men with cancer escaping from a cancer hospital & accomplishing their bucket list things to do before they die.

I never heard of bucket list, that terminology anyways before that movie came out a few years ago, don't remember the exact release date?
