She sounds to be doing really well. Opinions do vary but advice on here is usually better than vague things on the internet Although peoples opinions vary, I think generally you really don't need to worry about the poops! Obviously if they are taking over a bit you could spot clean a little bit - ie take out the odd handful of substrate and replace it with a new handful of clean substrate and mix it all in a bit so it still smells familiar. If you take away all her tasty poops she will be very upset lol! And think you are a thief! As long as she is nesting, eating and drinking and using her wheel she should be fine. Glad she is interacting a bit with you. As bunerella says, it does take a bit of patience at first and when she is more settled in her new cage and environment she will be easier to start handling and taming.
