Re: Normal behaviour? Please help put our minds at ease.
I thought you probably had loads of tissue paper already It's only been a few days, but always a bit of an anxious time. And hard when you want to handle them!

Don't introduce too many new toys and boxes etc just yet as I think it'll upset his settling in. Plus you can introduce it all later when he's settled so he feels spoilt

Re: Normal behaviour? Please help put our minds at ease.
Jed is still spending most of his waking time in his wheel... but he's not so jumpy now. He will take food from us and although we don't see him wandering about much.. He is exploring at night time coz the treats off the top shelves disappear!! I saw him use his bottle last night. Which puts my mind at rest greatly because we hadn't seen him drink until then, but now I know he has no problem with the bottle. I think...as some of you habe said....its just a space thang....the open space is just something he needs to get used to.... I sympathise with....as I suffer from Acrophobia myself!!!! Lol xx

He sounds like he is settling in nicely and loves his wheel
