Lol! As she settles in over the next week or two she will probably start using more things in the cage and exploring more. At the moment her two big priorities are setting up home and having fun in her wheel

Our hamster also used his potty as an 'ensuite bathroom'. He would sit in the front part to have a wash and pee in the very back corner.

She will be all excited at the moment. She sounds to be having great fun. Sometimes they hide if they know you are there and do more things when it's quiet and dark and no-one around.

Congratulations she's a cutie, it can be frustrating when they are only coming out in the middle of the night, but as Serendipity said they usually hide for a couple weeks sometimes longer. Like your wheel btw

Now , I am trying to figure out whether she is a pure Winter White , Campbell or Hybrid . I have been told by the owner she is a pearl winter white and shown both parents but I am still uncertain . She has pointy ears and mouse like facial structure , dorsal line on her back ( please see attached picture ) . Can someone help me to identify her ??

She is very friendly . My little princess lets me now to touch her and carry her on my hands ! Its been less that a week she is with me . I didn't take her that long to get used to a new environment than I had expected

Labarynth house for dwarfs. Interesting to see it and hear dimensions etc and how well your hamster uses it.

There's no way to know for sure unless you can see an actual pedigree, did the breeder start with breeder hams or pet shop hams, if you don't know for sure then there is a chance she's a hybrid, they can look more like one species than another but that isn't a guarantee.
As she's only a pet & you're not planning on breeding or anything I really wouldn't worry about it.
