31 days of December by DrK was amazing....hope you all enjoy this month too!

1 January (Happy New Year)

First up is our beautiful Syrian, Chewy, we saw her in PAH and fell in love with her. We called her Chewy as she chewed her way out the boxes before we even got home! It certainly was an adventure getting her home.

Unfortunately we didn't have her long (only a couple of months), she had wet tail and was taken too soon. We had Chewy before I knew about HC, she was a character, full of energy and learnt so much from her in such a short space of time.

2 January 2016

Today, and some of you may remember, our sweet Apollo...a breeder ham, who was so cuddly and sweet....he was also a big boy. It has been emotional (in a good way) looking back at his pictures.

Here are some of my favourite pictures of our sweet Apollo.

As you can see he loved to work out and play....

He also found time for a sand bath, wrestle a croc.....and play the Xbox!!!

He always enjoyed his cuddle time and his sleep pouch on my knee.

Awww Apollo was gorgeous! Just like my first ever hamster, Horace. He was ever so friendly and cute.

Love the idea of a snuggle pouch for when he is on your knee. Awww. Wonderful pictures.

Chewy and Apollo were both such beautiful hams Bec! I know how you feel with losing Chewy so soon, my Butts was my first ham as a "grown up" and she was only with me a few months but they make such a big impact sometimes :3

I need to know what you feed your boys, look at Apollo, that lovely big chunk of ham!
