Hammies making noise at night is actually something I missed badly after Ted E. Bear, Almond and Nutmeg passed away. I hated the quiet and it actually disturbed my sleep NOT hearing the patter of feet on wheels. Poor little fluff.

Good job getting him out of there SS, poor little mite!

That fluff is fabulous. A gorgeous little man. And you are so right about the "we". How do you call a pet "it"? smh

It's so like dog and cats who have been abused just loving being pet and having some attention. It's sad that people can be like that.
Wallace is a great name and he is just beautiful. Definitely looking forward to seeing more of this little guy. He's safe now and in his forever home. He gets to celebrate the New Year with you too! Happy New Year Wallace!.

I am so sorry about Freya Starlight. Don't blame yourself *hug*to you.
You have a good heart and are a wonderful pet owner. Little Wallace will have a longer, happier and healthier life with you.

Re: Umm Oops?
This is so unfair on you Starlight. As one loving door opened another one was slammed on you with sad results. What a rotten thing to happen when you were so up-beat about wee Wallace coming home. He`s such a trooper too and I hope he brings you much love having lost Freya. Take some time now to reflect and enjoy the pets you have. I`m sure Wallace will help you focus through this and good on you for taking him in. x

Re: Umm Oops?
Sorry to hear about your bunny.
Wallace is certainly cute. It's horrible the way some people treat animals.

Re: Umm Oops?
Sorry to hear about Freya, she's up at the Rainbow Bridge fields chewing her favourite foods and having a blast with all the other rabbits.
Congratulations on Wallace, he looks a real sweetie.

Re: Umm Oops?
Thank you for the kind words everyone. Means a lot. Freya was buried yesterday, her final resting place next to Alfie's brother Thor and my beautiful ham man Badger. They will look after her.
Alfie is doing well, he had a couple of days of small poos but I think that might have been down to stress and grief. He's back to his naughty self and seems to be liking spending all day with us when we're not at work.
Wallace has settled in wonderfully, loves cuddles and has gone mental for every treat and veg I've tried him with lol. Such a piggy. He will either be getting a Detolf or a Barney, depending on who I think would be better off with which, between him and Galaxy.
