A chunky ceramic mug in the freezer for a few minutes then pop it in the cage so they can sit in it. Charlie won't sit in his, I've just tried, but I've had his ceramic sand bath in the freezer for a bit. Vectis mentioned she put a bag of frozen veg in too - then the frozen veg can be eaten if they want and it would help keep things cool.
A fan nearby might be good if you have one - we don't unfortunately.
