Intoducing Jeri ham
I'd like to introduce Jeri who came to us recently from gumtree. She was thought to be a boy and was called Jerry so we just adapted her name slightly as she is obviously a little girl .
She was bought for children who quickly lost interest, they only had her for 3 weeks! They also had a Jack Russell who did his best to get to her. So she is understandably very jumpy and frightened, she is slowly coming round and she's a proper little character. I think it's going to take a while for her to enjoy being picked up and held but she will take pieces of food and she likes it if you talk to her.
She is currently in the mini duna she came with which is not idea so she will be getting an upgrade soon. I have added toys as she had nothing but a plastic house. She is still super tiny so she is ok on the 8 inch wheel for now but it will be getting upgraded for a 12 inch SS asap.
Meet Jeri ham

Hello Jeri - what a cutie you are.
Congratulations pewmouse on giving little Jeri a new better, forever home. She must be so much more relaxed without a dog trying to get at her and pestering and with people who will love her and not lose interest. Enjoy getting to know her, she's gorgeous.

Re: Intoducing Jeri ham
Thanks everyone . I have 4 hams now so they keep me busy but I love them. My other half will be making me a custom cage soon, kind of like a Kallax hack so I'm excited to get that done and everyone moved in to their new homes. I'm smitten with Jeri's colouring, I think she is a yellow dominant spot, does anyone know if that's correct please?

I have no idea what you'd call her colouring but it's absolutely gorgeous! And she's so tiny! What a lucky girl finding a lovely home with you instead of an idiot who brings a rodent into a house with a Jack Russell!
