zooplus review

Hi guys, I was hoping to order my hamster heaven cage from pets at home today to find that they are out of stock i had a 15% discount for there and would have got £9 off, it is £60 there. The only other place i can find it cheapish like that is zooplus , i have a 5% discount from there and its £59.90 so i cant get it as cheap. So i can either wait for pets at home to have them back in stock, which could be a while or order it from zooplus for the extra £5.

However i have never ordered from zooplus, and i need a review, are they good and how long on average is delivery time as i could do with the cage as soon as possible as my hamster has destroyed her shelf and stand.

Also is their anywhere else other than zooplus and pets at home that sell it cheap

And does anyone know of any discounts, or voucher codes that i can use to get it a bit cheaper.

I've only used zooplus once but from what I remember, the delivery was really quick. It was a large(ish) box too, consisting of a travel carrier and a Karlie wonderland wheel amongst other little bits and bobs. I've heard quite a lot of people on here comment on how good the service is.

From recent events from other members I would say zooplus' customer service is great.

I have only ordered from them once about a month ago. it came the next day and I was very happy, but it wasnt anything as large as a cage...

Thankyou i think i will go ahead then and order it as soon as possible then at this minute as we speak my hamster snowy has her teeth around the stand for the shelf again ha ha , oops and shes pushed the shelf off , better go and fix it Lol

So happy !!! I've waited a few days to find that pets at home have had the cages back in stock and after two journeys there because it wouldn't let me order it online but its online exclusive and happening to order a circus cage that is tiny and i wouldn't dare to buy it for even a travel cage, i now have a hamster heaven cage on its way and it should arrive at the shop tomorrow sometime, and i can go and pick it up. So excited and cant wait to see my hamsters face tomorrow when it arrives, my hamster is going to be thrilled!!!
