Hamster Resistance Magazine 24 September 2016

Thank you all for your patience, our interpreter is back to health. He had a very nasty shaking virus and couldn't get the words out right, and thus no magazine. We apologise and hope we can bring you some grand new adventures.

This week we went off to see all the new pups joining Hamster college at Hamwell Health. We all know very few Hams get to go there, so we thought it would be a great idea to partake in moving in day. The first to arrive were those by Albatross Airlines, they had a cat shuttle from the local airport and found themselves at the college in the late hours of the evening. The Mouse Army took the trunks to the campus residence halls, while the pups were all enrolled and given their first security safety instructions.
After a while the roller balls began to arrive with Ham students, their families, and lots luggage. Everyone was cheerful and the party atmosphere continued. There was one scare when a bird of prey flew over head, but the camouflage and security measures were great and no one was spotted. The hall park was complete jammed packed and some forgot where they parked but other then that it all went smoothly. We wish all the new students the best of luck for the year ahead.

Our products reflect our visit, with all kinds of stationery being available. We have exercise notebooks, pens, pencils, rules, erasers, and staplers galore. All for 1/2 a seed each, so a nice low price. The OAP code is DMMHPP1562.

Pups colour in drawing.

The Mouse Army reports that everything is quiet, with no problems afoot. Albatross Airlines have now gone onto their Autumn time table, and thus flights are reduced to the major areas.

Until next time have a great week ahead.

Up the Hamster Resistance Network.

Hamster Resistance Magazine 1 October 2016

Hello my furry friends I hope this issue finds you all well, and hoarding for the winter months.

This week, we were sent to Ihamer, the well known storage store, to have a tour of their storage devices. We were given the grand tour by Hymlic Hamstenison, the manager of the store and a well known name in the organising world. We first went into the food storage area, and found some great invisible storage wracks. They allowed seeds and nuts to be put on the back of the shelf, to roll forward when the one at the front was taken. A way to stop any food to go off. They would fit against any POW cage or crate, and when discovered disappeared, so the Governors thought everything was just heaped up in a mess. In the same vein, next came carrot wine storage wracks, and canned goods, lastly invisibility kitchen hobs and sinks. Then we hit the ham storage boxes of all shapes and sizes, with the special anti Governor device mode so they couldn't be spotted. The tour took us round the kitchen, seated, nest and escape areas. The later is totally top secret to the store, so if you want to know more a visit is a must.

Our products this weeks are various storage boxes which fit into kitchen area of the nest, so food safe. They come in acorn, sunflower and seed sizes, the biggest being 3 seeds, 2 seeds for the next and 1 seed for the last. The OAP code is DMC55210289.

The Mouse Army have reported to have sent a Regiment to Australia to deal with the awful flooding there, with many a rodent needing to be rehoused.

The Albatross Airlines say all routes, except Australia, are running to time. If you are heading to that continent, they suggest you contact the airport first, as some areas are out of bounds for flights.

Until next time, up the Hamster Resistance Network.

Sorry for the delay in the Magazine, I've been doing a training course, so didn't see the Hammail until today. The issues will hopefully get back to normal next week.

Hamster Resistance Magazine 21st October 2016

Thank you all our readers for sticking with us, we've had a very busy a few weeks, so couldn't get the magazine out. Rather then do a substandard issue we felt it was easier to postpone it. Anyway we are back now.

We had to do a course about rodent care, we needed to learn how to nurse elderly hams and the like in their POW cages. We learnt about nutrition, exercise, how to roll a ham in their nests so we could clean them properly and even how to use a hoist and sling to lift them when their paws got too sore. It was all very entertaining.

Our new Boss really does like to put us through it. We've all had to enrol in ham night school, which is a laugh but also serious when it needs to be. We are learning more about how Hams thinking and how to help them.

To reflect our training, we have gathered together some Ham first aid kits for 1 seed only, plus some reading material called Ham Nursing and How to Transform the Cage, for 2 seeds. We also have some free courses in Ham First Aid for all who wish to learn - it's carried out in your own POW cage so no travelling, just let us know you want to and we'll arrange it all.

The Mouse Army report that the Bang Bang dragons are starting to wake up, so be aware of the occasional fart explosion in the coming weeks, and of course the main event will be around the 5th November.

They also report that the bridge works have now finished and all families have returned to their new flood proof residences.

Albatross Airlines say all flights are running on time. Warm clothes are now recommended as the flight paths are now pretty cold, so nippy on the arms when in flight.

Until next time up the Hamster Resistance Network.

Hamster Resistance Network Magazine

Hello furry rodent buddies, I hope you are all well on this sunny day.

The new Editor in Ham decided we all needed to visit a Psycholomouse for testing. We all traipsed off to the college of Hreenham to visit the local boffin. The building was very lovely with lots of marble columns, fancy pictures and textiles. The mouse in question was very soft spoken and put us all through lots of weird tests. We all learnt what are strengths and weakness were, if we were all balanced, not inham, and if our organisational skills were up to scratch. Luckily, we all passed with flying colours and not fur.

We have echoed the adventure in our products this week. A total psych investigate for 2 seeds, a visit to the college for 3 seeds, and lots of study supplies for 1 seed. The OAP code is DCTC575166.

Here's the cartoon for the pups to colour in, and add your rodent as you like:

The Mouse Army report that all is well with the Bang Bang Dragons who are enjoying the autumn fruits.

The Albatross Airlines report that there are some winter storms further down by the Faulham Isles but otherwise everything is running as it should.

Until next time up the Hamster Resistance Network.

Hamster Resistance Network Magazine 4th November 2016

Good evening everyone. Great to see you all here, we love our readers and really appreciate you all coming along every week.

For today's adventure, we were granted the privilege of seeing the new born Bang Bang Dragon creche. As all the adult BBD's are about eating, blowing flames and sparks everywhere, the fledglings can't stay within their home dens. Consequently the little ones, the size of a huge car, are sent of the Hamnet Caves, to play and learn how to blow explosive bubbles. We kept well out of sight, as the youngsters would try to eat us, so we stayed behind a specialised window to watch. The yearlings were so cute, with squeaks like our mouse buddies, as they tumbled around chasing their tails. One set even played fetch with one of the helpers, going after a large inflatable ball, and carefully carrying it back to be thrown again. Others had large squeaky toys that they played very noisily with. The fledglings were of course still on Dragon milk, so half way through they were all given tanker sized bottles to take their feed. Soon their eyes were dropping and they all settled down in a mass of cushions to sleep. Small wafts of smoke escaped their nostrils and drifted to the ceiling as they slept.

Our product release this week is dragon related. We have fire safe candle burners, shaped chews, blankets and other products with the printed dragon logos, all for 1 seed each. The OAP code is PPI5546216.

Here's the pups colour in drawing of Dragons
(Sorry Hamnet isn't allowing the paste at the moment, we'll get straight back to you when it's available, apologies).

The Mouse Army report that the Dragons are feeding well, and begun to gather in the areas of spark release. They recommend all Hams and rodents stay away from the areas as reported in the Hamnet safety sheet sent out last week.

Albatross Airways say all flights are running properly but those trips to the north are becoming considerably colder so more layered clothing is needed on the flight.

Until next time, have a great BBD Day, up the Hamster Resistance Network.

Hamster Resistance Magazine 18th November 2016

Hello my furry folk, I hope your all snuggled down in your warm nests.

For this weeks adventure we went to visit Santapaws in Hamland, the far off chilly land where he resides. We had to go in secret and return the same way, being blind folded and hustled about by reindeer. It took a week to get there and another to get back, thus our missing issue.

Well we got there and were taken into the vast underground caverns where the toy factory is situated. There were large places full of various woods, ageing and waiting to be crafted into rodent toys. Another place was full of seeds, and nuts for all the stocking fillers. They even had one section for ladder testing, and rope chews. It was spectacular. The gnome mice were very busy rushing around, when they did rest and tucked themselves into odd socks stolen from the Governors.

We were all taken out on a kitty sleigh ride. It was safe as the cats are brought up with rodents as friends, so act as protectors rather then predators to us. It was a great ride and afterwards we had lots of yummy hot soup with nut bread to warm us up.

We were allowed to bring back various items to send to you all, totally free, on a first come first serve bases. We have 100 climbing ropes, 50 Ham wood bridges, 140 chews, and 10 pup teethers. Just send us a SAE with your request and we'll get them back to you ASAP.

Here's the pups colouring cartoon:

The Mouse Army reports that the snow has begun in the North, so extra precautions should take place, and to make sure hoards are well stocked.

The Albatross Airlines say that the most southern flights have now ceased for winter, but all others run to schedule.

Until next time, up the Hamster Resistance Network.
