Microfibre cloths
I've read about stuffing your bra with hammys bedding to help with bonding but I've recently seen someone say to use a Microfibre cloth
Do you think this would be safe?

Re: Microfibre cloths
I don't think it's a great idea to give a hamster cloth if you're planning on putting it in the cage. Likely they will chew it and ingest it, possibly lead to a blockage of sorts.

Re: Microfibre cloths
Just use a tissue or toilet paper.

Re: Microfibre cloths
I'd be afraid of them getting their claws stuck in the tiny threads, heck if I have dry skin I get caught in microfibre! I can't even imagine what it would be like if I had claws

Re: Microfibre cloths
It's amazing to me that someone would suggest microfibre cloth. Braingirl's right about it catching on dry skin, never mind hammy claws. The good thing is that you checked first before using it. Tissue and toilet paper are far better for the furries.

Re: Microfibre cloths
And here I thought you were just padding your bra as a cozy place to stick your hamster for the bonding. lol

Re: Microfibre cloths
Good one, BrainGirl..... "If I had claws"
Actually I've always heard of using tissues. I imagine using bedding litter could be kind of uncomfortable, and possibly itchy. And messy.
Esmy, stranger things have happened. It was the only real nip I ever got from Pooky. On day one, he was running over me and managed to get on my chest on find a nipple, and.......
Ow.
Being a guy, makes me kinda wonder about Pook. About his mind.

Re: Microfibre cloths
LOL Glad I'm not the only one that though that.
Skeever I thought you were a guy, then read part of what you wrote and wondered if I was wrong. I can see how that would still hurt though. lol
