Hamster on the stairs

So i went to work to day and been sent home ill all before 6am, so i dozing of the sofa for about hour till 7ish then all i hear is Chris, Chris! Chris !! (that my name) Chris the hamster has escape so i shoot up with a raging headache and quickly find Ernie was on the stairs, we have no idea how he got out but he was swiftly put back into his cage.
