i wouldnt risk it liam , just in case he got out of it , or there was dogs or too many loud noises... he could get hurt and it would probably scare him

I don't think there's any need, a hamster is happy & safe & stress free at home.

I wouldn't advise it either, bad idea. That playpen really doesn't look sturdy at all.
