Not sure about the colours in all honesty but how gorgeous are they?! Such pretty ladies!
They are now housed separately though aren't they? Sure they are but just wanted to check

They have lived peacefully together all her life, I'm assured by the previous owner that they need to stay together for company......... Which was the very reason we drove an hour to get them, I was a nervous wreck just letting them share the carrier home, so the answer to your question is yes they are most definately living in seperate cages now, although they do have a close bond so the cages are alongside each other.

Oh blimey XD I would have been a nervous wreck too!! Great to hear that they are living separately but can still interact safely if they want to. Bet they are both loving having their own spaces!!

They certainly are enjoying having a nice big wheel to themselves, although despite being mistaken about them sharing a cage they were really well looked after, they had toys and a nice sized, clean cage, and they have obviously been handled gently.
I will get some pics of the mum and add them later, she's also really pretty, but not as unusual as her daughter.

Aww well at least they were well looked after. Some of the situations you find hamsters in are just shocking
It's likely that baby is a tortoiseshell and white but I'm no expert!

Re: What colour is this young lady?
Wow, they are both so gorgeous!!
From some pics she looks like a Black Dominant spot, but it looks like there is some brownish/grey speckles on her chin, and that patch of greyish fur on her shoulder... From the second pic her mum looks like she might be a Black Tortoiseshell, so maybe baby girl is too. I'm wondering if the Cream from her dad has made the yellow in her Tortoiseshell come through as cream... I've heard that can happen.
So I would say they are both Black Tortoiseshell and White, but the little girlie has Cream in her tri rather than Yellow.
I'm by no means an expert, so I could be very wrong. xD This is just a guess based on something I read, if Cream cannot be combined with Tort please do correct me!

Officially at the moment they are being fostered, I want to wait to make sure they aren't bringing any little surprises with them, but I'm going to use the pregnancy watch to work on my hubby, to see if they can't stay :d. Either way they are safe now though

Her mum does have little tan flecks in her darker fur too, so she might well be a tortoiseshell , they didn't say the boy was definitely her dad, but I do think it's highly likely.
